About Michael Putz

I have been working in software development for many years and have gained a lot of experience as a developer, analyst, team and project manager and met interesting people, but especially in the last few years, in which I have been involved in the transformation from classic to agile software development, where I have been Product Owner, Scrum Master and OKR Coach, have aroused my particular interest.The agile methods open up opportunities to adapt to the ever faster changing work environment and the associated requirements in a way that does not force you to make a 180-degree change, but instead bring people's skills and values to the fore, to enable them to solve the upcoming tasks independently and in feasible steps.As a Scrum Master, OKR Coach and Agile Coach, I now see the opportunity to pass on the experience I have gained in these roles to others.
