• Responsible for execution of $100M+ portfolio of ScanEagle operations aboard 5 US Navy ships worldwide and land sites located in CENTCOM. • Manage all program phases and accountable for program’s cost, quality, schedule and technical performance.• Primary liaison between US government programs office, ensuring goals, mission critical operations and client satisfaction are met.• Serve as proposal management lead and team member for both competitive and sole source US government contracts.• Contract negotiations lead for USNS TRENTON and a classified ship sole source awards.• Coordinated system upgrade - USNS TRENTON, de-installation - USNS SPEARHEAD, installation – USNS BURLINGTON, de-installation US Navy ship MAKO• Overseeing introduction of new technologies aboard USS PULLER, USNS TRENTON, and a classified ship, to include special payloads, engines, anti-jam GPS, and wide area search payload (ViDAR).• Work with engineering department to coordinate payload integration, Radar Cross Section and Environmental testing of equipment.

• Supervise 40-50 Scan Eagle pilots and maintainers deployed on overseas contracts. • Coordinate pre-deployment activities and training to ensure that FSRs are deployment ready.• Directed personnel for the $100+ million Royal Saudi Land Forces program from program inception. • Engage with top military leaders in the RSLF, including the Deputy Commander and UAV Directorate.• Participate in one of the 7 teams to address 7 strategic objectives identified by the CEO. • Serve as contract proposal contributing member for Air Force and US Coast Guard contract proposals. • Interface with sub-contractor companies supplying field service representatives for deployed contracts. • Supervised team on Insitu’s first US Coast Guard ship; directly contributed to the award of a long-term contract with the US Coast Guard worth $120+ million. • Guided personnel in one of Insitu’s largest programs, a US Navy Land contract worth $165 million consisting of 4 sites; managed personnel on this program during its transition with a new contract award; oversaw introduction of an additional site, an increase to 600 flight hours, and an additional spoke for each site; introduced new technologies including special payloads, avionics, engines, and a complete ground operating equipment refresh.

• Supervised, trained, and led teams in both land and maritime flight operations. • Liaised with customers at both upper and lower leadership levels. • Guided teams through 4 demanding US Navy Sea Trial deployments; tested installation readiness of the equipment and training Insitu and Navy personnel in maritime UAS procedures. • Transformed a struggling 10-person 24-hour operation site which was experiencing a high rate of mishaps, personnel conflict, and a general lack of direction. • Established operations aboard the first of five unique classified ships. • Served as subject matter expert in establishing maritime procedures for Scan Eagle flight, launch, and recovery operations. • Developed operating procedures for concurrent UAV and manned air operations. -Executed flight operations in support of critical, multifaceted, dynamic operations at the national security level. • Collaborated with the US Air Force, US Army, US Marines, US Navy, Naval Special Warfare, Joint Special Operations Command, US Army Special Operations Command, Marine Special Operations Command, British Special Air Service, and Italian Special Operations. • Deployed for a total of 37 months; completed 1,200+ flight hours; supervised 4,400+ flight hours.
