Michael Quarters is a SRE Lead at The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC). Colleagues describe them as "Michael started working with us in the most difficult time I have ever experienced in our business, and was immediately exposed to an enormous amount of pressure to keep dozens of 20-year old systems he knew nothing about running, without any of the original caretakers around to assist him. Not only he took on this impossible task (which unbelievably was only half of hist job), he was always a joy to work with no matter how much was on his plate, providing a valuable moral boost for other stakeholders. Any company would be lucky to have him, I couldn't recommend him more. He will be sorely missed." and "Michael was such a pleasure to work with at Remote.It. I was impressed by the speed that he was able to onboard and become productive and valuable asset to the team.
