In this role, my oversight responsibilities extended beyond finance to include leadership of business development, information technology, procurement, risk management, and multiple global facilities. My collaboration with other leaders across organizations has improved tax efficiency, lowered cash taxes, and returned invested capital to the U.S. in a tax-efficient manner. Specifically, I reduced foreign taxes by $20 million while decreasing compliance expense by $3 million, increasing working capital by $60 million, and refinancing over $8.5 billion in debt including a $630 million launch of EURO debt. I played strategic roles in two IPOs including a $3.1 billion Hong Kong-traded entity and have integrated multiple global acquisitions.
