Data Capture Team LeaderYotta Dcl Aug 2010 - Jun 2011A key member of the production team, the role was to coordinate all data capture ensuring that it delivers the highest quality product, on time and with the lowest possible costs. The ability to demonstrate efficiently and effectively manage these three competing requirements was the key to the success of these projects. The UK data capture team had over 30 staff including Team Leaders, Senior Surveyors and Surveyors who perform a mixture of walked and driven surveys. Assist in general administration, Training Matrix, Capacity Planning, Validation Schedules. I have also performed client demonstration and training. The role also had to ensure that the company’s environmental policy was implemented in the field.

Senior SurveyorYotta Dcl Sep 2008 - Sep 2009Senior Surveyors were appointed primarily to survey but take on more responsibility for the output within particular areas. Additional responsibilities included areas such as training, validation, quality control, output / productivity management and network complete checks, etc. I managed a team of field based machine surveyors. In my control I had four vehicles, two SCANNER and two Asset (camera) vans, and a team of operators and drivers to enable surveying to take place on seven day shifts. I coordinated all projects on site to ensure the correct resources were available to undertake each job and that all staff were trained sufficiently to undertake each project. I was responsible for site specific health and safety for projects and for post survey validation.
