Security Account Manager
Current● Oversee 2 Allied Universal sites; Chandler and Scottsdale, AZ locations● Supervise 40 security officers, 5 supervisors and 1 armed officer with respect to their AZ DPS compliance and CPR certifications ● Conduct interviews for prospective officers and ensure each site is staffed to accommodate their security needs ● Ensure special events are fully staffed with certified security team members● Provide functioning video surveillance operations to make certain the Lenel, Heliaus, and Genetec equipment are operating efficiently● Create weekly schedules and enter payroll through the WinTeam system
