Following 49 years in the Construction Industry having built some of the largest prestigious new homes and commercial buildings in our area the majority of my experience as been within the refurbishment and maintenance sector from single dwellings to 100 unit plus contracts in block repair schemes. Over the last 15/20 years we have been involved in the Social Housing Sector successfully following the altering and differing needs of that market place. We have further a healthy private sector involvement.We are further now reduced from some 90 personal to 6 with a long established sub contractor assistance.We remain fortunate to be constantly in demand and each day adds to our learning and experience curve.I and my experienced staff look forward to the future years with some considerable optimism.
