Key member of the contract management team for Sydney's Desalination Plant, undertaking risk, compliance, scheduling and commercial roles on the $1B D&C contract. During the final 3 years I was the client's representative for the defect correction and plant proving periods, as well as managing the operations and maintenance contract throughout the pre-operations, commissioning, testing and proving phases.
