He was always serious-minded and totally dedicated to the mission. I mean his mission-focus is unsurpassed! Nobody is more serious about the mission than Mr. Ragin. His dedication to mission continually inspired me and when I had self-doubts he lifted me up and motivated me by the sheer force of his positive personality. I usually felt bad if I ever let him down. As such he made me a better officer and person. If I remember right his personal motto is "whatever it takes". Well, he is right and I know he lived his motto everyday. I recommend he be promoted immediately and be given tougher and more demanding jobs. He is a great DOD Program Manager and a helluva man!
