Oversee account operations and manage relationships with major telecommunications and home service brands such as AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, Spectrum, HughesNet, Viasat, and Dish. In this role, I coordinate with channel managers to provide KPI updates and reports. Using the information from the channel managers, I coordinate with our marketing teams, training departments sales teams to create strategies to maximize our revenue and ensure the partners needs are met. I manage product skus through back end systems, and assist in creating compensation modules for the sales experts based on payouts and activation rates. In addition to performance and strategic planning, I often work with our developers to create and integrate APIs, and our data warehouse/BI teams to integrate reporting. Using the data provided, I perform analysis on all levels from high end down the agent and individual call level. Using the analysis, I can decide how and where to route calls, which marketing channels to prioritize, and adjust high level marketing and agent strategies accordingly. I work with call centers in Jamaica, Belize, and El Salvador to ensure each center is performing to the company's expectations. Portions of each day are spent performing statistical analysis through Tableau and Excel.
