As I reflect on my 25-year journey with the Secret Service, I am reminded of how each chapter of my career has shaped me into the leader I am today. From my early days as a new agent in the NY field office to my current role as the Deputy Assistant Director for the Office of Investigations in Washington, D.C., I have been honored to serve my country with dedication and purpose. My career has been a progression of opportunities, each one larger and more challenging than the last. Identified early on as a future leader, I have embraced the responsibilities that come with every promotion. Whether it was forming special task force teams for joint and cross-jurisdictional investigations or presenting before Congress to secure funding for the agency, I always remained committed to excellence. My experience spans presidential details, high-profile VIP protection, and diplomatic assignments, including the Pope's visit, which taught me the importance of collaboration at highest levels. Building cross-jurisdictional partnerships has been a cornerstone of my success, and I continue to foster these relationships today as I oversee investigations and agents worldwide.Leadership, to me, has always been about people. Whether mentoring new agents, guiding my teams through investigations, or fostering partnerships with agencies, I believe in the power of collaboration. My hands-on approach ensures that everyone feels supported and part of a larger mission. In every role, I have focused on creating environments where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work.I have been honored to serve as a member of the SES Top Level Career Executives in the U.S. Government, a role that has allowed me to influence national security at the highest levels. I have maintained TS/SCI clearance, underscoring my commitment to safeguarding our nation’s most critical information and assets.
