Hospitality Construction Management with Feasterco Construction with the total redevelopment of two 70 room Holiday Inn Express facilities, each completed in a 20 week period which included responsibility for all of the scheduling, take off and materials procurement, subcontract documentation, permitting, control of all RFI;s, RFP’s and Strategic Process Mapping to finish on time under budget. (Value $5.5m) . Directly involved in the design and engineering of 205 key Wyndham Garden in Orlando from initial design thru pre-construction and ground up,. This included working with, and helping train Orlando permit staff using their new ProjectDox System how to review digital drawings for permit approval; this included working with architects and engineers to help them understand the new system as drawings were being designed and compiled for permitting; work included constant review during preconstruction of permit drawings and preconstruction legal documentation and agreements. Included development of systems to allow pouring of concrete at very high ambient temperatures also the manufacture and installation of the water proof polystyrene for flotation. Work included most of the aspects described under AREAS OF EXPERTISE. From the beginning of design right thru construction. (Value $36m+ including site and associated site development and utilities). Designer and engineering resource in the development and construction of a 100-unit boutique tourist hotel and restaurants. (Value $15m over 91,000sf or 9,000m2)as well as 50 high-end residential townhomes (Value $27m over 122,500sf or 11,250m2); Undertook full construction management responsibilities including design, pre-construction thru construction and handover. HOSPITALITY, HOTELS, ASSISTED LIVING, RETAIL & MARINAS Responsible for the pre-design development of a Marina Development Project in Bahrain that included hotels, hospitality and retail as well as Marina West Marina, Amwaj Marina as well as boutique hotel, retail shopping mall, offices, and major-associated hospitality projects. (Value $650m) Project Manager supervising the finishing off of a 26 story Assisted Living and Alzheimers Care Facility, Miami which included a complete understanding of the Assisted Living standards and final co-ordination of the building in compliance with all of the Federal and State Documentation required of such a medical related facility including Procedure Manuals

HOSPITALITY, HOTELS, MARINAS, RETAIL, RESIDENTIAL Directed a number of design charettes with a substantial number of engineers, architects, manufacturers, suppliers and contractors in the billion dollar pre-design development drawings to permit stage, of 5 boutique hotels, 5 marinas, substantial retail shopping, multiple restaurants, and multifamily residential on “The World” islands for countries of Yemen, Curacao and Oman. Work included training and managing more than 16 Project Managers until financial crisis of 2008 just prior to construction starting. Work included all of the pre-construction documentation and required approvals with both Owner and Local Authorities. (Value $1billion+ incl 3.5m sf or 350,000m2)

AIRPORT DEVELOPMENTS Led the Pacific Development team as its Project Manager with British Airport Authority (BAA) to develop Zhoushan Putushan International Airport, China. Work included initial design with English architects and engineers followed by design charettes and co-ordination for full permit drawings with Chinese Engineers, including direction of ground work as a local mountain had to be blown up to infil the entire landing area, terminal area and adjacent areas some 26’ of soil and rock with the addition of a Chinese designed ground drainage system; design and engineering work for the rest of the airport including RFI, CO’s and other contract documentation in English and Chinese. Handling of 6 English Project Managers and 42 Chinese Managers. (Value $124m) Design work on the terminal expansion developments of Jakarta International Airport, Bali International Airport, Bandung International Airport and Biak International Airport. Bali included directing engineering for the extension of the runway and terminal apron. (Value $65m) Led the team as Design and Construction PM developing the airport plan and terminal for Bodrum International Airport, Turkey. On completion of design and engineering the project idled for several years until financing was found and a different GC undertook the construction work following much of the work already permitted. (Value $126m)  Led the team as PM initially in the Due Diligence related to the proposed redevelopment of Kotoka International Airport, Ghana. Work involved physical surveys, reviews of existing records, value engineering, strategic planning, developing construction budgets and identifying and resolving potentially complex development problems. Prelim. Design and Engineering work included in the Due Diligence, which were undertaken as described in AREAS OF EXPERTISE (Est. value $120m) PM in the development of a large oil company’s multi-story office building in Lagos Harbor, Nigeria.(Value $4.5m)

RESIDENTIAL - SINGLE & MULTI-FAMILY Project Director/Construction Manager from initial design and preconstruction work and permitting thru construction to handover in a $235m multifamily multistory development, Villa Lago and Renaissance Commons in Palm Beach for 900 unit which included hospitality and commercial with a large multistory precast concrete garage and considerable post tension slabs. Work included all RFI’s, CO’s, Submittals, Permitting etc, and of the all Contract Documentation, most of which are described in AREAS OF EXPERTISE (Value $235m))

RESIDENTIAL - SINGLE & MULTI-FAMILY Undertook responsibility and was directly involved the design and construction of more than four thousand single and multifamily homes on over 10,000 acres at Weston, Florida as well as in Coto de Caza in California making Arvida one of the largest residential builders in the country at the time. (Value $450m over 5.5m sf)  Developed additional Builders programs to double the output of Arvida’s subcontractors and was responsible for working with all 8 Builders to develop their design, pro-construction and construction development programs. Created a standard Design and Scope of Work for all Architects, Engineers and Contractors to design and work with to maintain a level of standardization and chaired the review committee

HOSPITALITY, ASSISTED LIVING AND NURSING FACILITIES Worked with architect and engineers in the design and pre-construction work of 7 large senior living projects in 11 states throughout the United States. Work included most of aspects described under AREAS OF EXPERTISE As Project Manager, involved with construction of the 5 star Westin Hotel, Ft Lauderdale the first high-rise all glass clad building south of Atlanta. As Project Manager undertook the structural construction of 40 story condominium on Watson Island, Aventura, Miami. As Owners Rep. responsible for the remodeling of two hotels in Key Largo.
