As Certified’s managing principal, Michael Mariani leads a team of qualified professionals in the planning, management, and execution of large-scale commercial relocation, new construction of demountable glass walls, and furniture installation projects – including LEED Certified and sustainable initiatives. More than 30 years ago, Michael pioneered the concept of enabling direct access to skilled labor resources for large-scale corporate relocations. He continues to manage relationships with the firm’s top accounts, overseeing and implementing major contract negotiations, and working with Certified project managers to devise an overall strategy to guide project delivery and execution.
