▪ Manage the preparation of W2’s (approx.500,000) as well as the preparation and amendments required to process the W2C (12,000+ annually)▪ Adjustment of wages to comply with interstate work & home relocation▪ FICA/FUTA exemptions▪ Timely and accurate reconciliation of taxable wages and taxes for the W2/W2C.▪ Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.▪ Amending various state tax returns as necessary to resolve state and federal tax notices.▪ Communicate orally & in written form with both internal and external staff (executive leadership to individual contributors), clients and employees regarding their taxable wages and/or W2’s and W2C’s.▪ Processing T4’s for Canadian employees, as well as their amendments.

The Specialist, Payroll Tax Reporting will assist in unemployment compliance activities as they relate to client level unemployment reporting regulatory requirements. The person in this position will remit payroll tax, audit UI billing rates, and respond to internal inquiries regarding unemployment tax compliance questions. The Specialist, Payroll Tax Reporting will also assist in ensuring client tax accounts are in compliance, resulting in zero penalty assessments.• Communicate payroll tax issues orally & in written form with internal staff and clients• Process and pay multi-state and local tax deposits on a timely and accurate basis.• Analyze data at quarter/year end for accuracy.• Run payroll tax reports and verify information reported is accurate for governmental agencies including all levels of Federal, state & local taxing jurisdictions.• Perform audits and make adjustments if necessary on state, local and federal taxes.• Coordinate printing/electronic filing of returns on behalf of clients, following up with correspondence or communication received from clients or governmental agencies.

The Senior Solution Center Coordinator serves as the primary interface between TriNet and Work Site Employees of its customer companies. Maintains the day to day customer relationship through inbound telephone, email, and any other forms of communications, as well as internet interactions. Ensures the delivery of TriNet Signature Services as a PEO relating to HR products and services by auditing and/or documenting such delivery, seeking customer feedback on services, resolving service issues, identifying service opportunities, and informing management of key developments prompting the deployment of other TriNet resources as necessary.• Deliver TriNet’s core of Signature Services in a contact center environment, by responding to and resolving customer concerns in regards to human resources, payroll, benefit practices, products & services.• Interpret payroll and human resources policies, explaining benefit plan specifics, changes and policy decisions for customers as necessary.• Serve as the customers advocate in resolving inquiries and escalates as appropriate to Tier II personnel within Service Operations to facilitate resolution of more detailed customer issues.• Deliver friendly, hassle free service to all callers with accuracy, professionalism, empathy and sense of urgency.• Build and maintain effective business relationships while representing the customer to all departments within Service Operations to deliver first call resolution.• Effectively escalate calls as necessary.• Follow internal safety and standard operational procedures.• Responsible for meeting and or exceeding established Key Performance Indicator metrics as defined by management.
