By Jun 17, 20% of orders are past the due date (8% >30 days).- Quarantine inventory was A$31 million in Jan 2017. It was reduced to A$15 million by Aug 2017, a reduction of A$16 million.- Developed and implemented (Jan 2017) an automated optimisation process to review and recommend ROP (Re-order points) circa 200K part/stock location, also flagged parts for review where the data was inconsistent, contributing to a 5% service level improvement, over the next 6 months.- Designed and implemented a matrix report for controlled parts, these parts must be removed from the aircraft by a certain flight hour of engine cycle reached. The report was reduced from 2500 lines to 88 lines, being color coded for ease of use. It allowed for the right part to be progressed for availability, thus reducing non compliance by 75%. Show less
