Lead Ethics and Compliance officer for $4B business unit across 16 sites within six countries. Manage ethics allegations from investigation to closure including participation on discipline action committee. Proactively apprise business unit president and functional executives of ethics and compliance matters. Conduct and manage training for associates on the corporations code of ethics. Project manage enterprise risk management program and compliance metrics for business unit.

Relocated, along with three other functional leaders for the company from: Windsor Locks, CT to: Cape Canaveral, FL to establish and manage a virtual program office for the NASA Space Shuttle program. Office was set up to better serve our customers (NASA and private space contractors) at the Kennedy Space Center, space vehicle Launch facility. The virtual program office managed four separate space shuttle systems at three locations, Windsor Locks CT, Rockford IL, and Houston TX respectively. Performed capture manager work and was a member of the business development team working to identify new business opportunities for work near the NASA Kennedy Space Center.
