Primary Purpose of Role:• to enhance the Company’s profitability and competitiveness by identifying and evaluating financial, organizational, natural and strategic risks and to address those risks by defining and implementing risk management policy, strategy and programs throughout all areas of the organization;• to provide recommendations to Regional/Country Management to avoid, mitigate, or reduce the potential impact of risk to the business, and develop innovative, business-specific risk financing and loss control solutions, thus enabling Management to make informed and commercial decisions with regards risk vs. reward; • to develop strategies to manage, control, reduce and potentially eliminate losses, the financial consequences of which would have a materially negative impact upon the Company’s profitability and earnings potential.
