Responsible for supporting Fidelity Investments leading investment services platform, FundsNetwork. FundsNetwork is Fidelity's mutual fund supermarket which is made up of products from 720 fund families. These product accounts for $3.5 trillion in assets, $2.4 billion in gross revenue and $1.2 billion in net revenue.In addition I am the current product owner of FundsNetwork Salesforce instance. My responsibilities include analysis, product ownership, change and release management, and quality assurance. I have led successful efforts for implementing an out bound email technology, evolution of financial dashboards and alternative revenue generation, external engagement tracking, Fidelity cross Platform promotion (SAIFR, ESG Pro, Finteract, Lifetime Income Solutions) and advanced infrastructure and security standards for the instance. As well as, assessing the current state of the platform and building a roadmap for the future in tandem with our Relationship Management Team.

Elected as the Fraternity Treasurer, coordinated and maintained an annual budget of 75,000 dollars. Saved 6,000 dollars through proper budgeting techniques. Entered information into an excel spreadsheet, handled confidential information, kept a ledger, deposited and withdrew checks, held members to their financial obligations, coordinated construction for a new fraternity house.

• Followed ITSM, ITIL, Agile procedures. Participated in daily SCRUM meetings.• Created a cost-benefit analysis for Cree’s IT service desk, projected savings of $1.5 million dollars through proper staffing model. Presented findings to executives and upper level management.• Developed high level visualizations for executives, upper level management, and business teams

Providing IT support to 20 computer stations, monitor firewalls, anti-virus software, and maintain e-mail accounts; Working with over 150 electrical distributors and contractors to file “Request for Quotations” in Oasis Software.

Was apart of the Outside Operations team, trained 25 employees in proper operational procedures and functions; explained company policies; helped manage day to day operations; coordinated and assigned employee scheduling.
