I lead PYA's Transaction Advisory Services, bringing over two decades of broad financial and transaction advisory experience. I work with buy-side and sell-side clients throughout the various phases of mergers and acquisitions, including strategic assessments, financial feasibility analyses, quality of earnings assessments, due diligence, transaction facilitation, and post-merger integration. I provide executive counsel to healthcare providers and healthcare IT clients. The team I lead aggregates the breadth of PYA's competencies to not only provide financial advice during due diligence, but also financial statement compilations and projections, tax advisory, reimbursement analyses, IT advisory, regulatory compliance, pre-merger integration planning, and post-merger integration implementation services. I also have led numerous engagements providing strategic planning and analysis for hospitals and health systems evaluating growth initiatives through hospital affiliations, physician alignment strategies, and ambulatory service planning. My experience includes leadership in multiple projects involving business valuation opinions, fair market value physician compensation analyses, and commercial reasonableness assessments for clients.
