Recruited into the firm by Wind Point Partners in 2023 as part of a leadership infusion to their new acquisitive, high-growth portfolio business. - EVP and CFO of Venture Metals International. Recruited into the firm by Mill Rock Capital in 2019 in conjunction with the concurrent acquisition of its two platform businesses in the metals recycling sector. Combined and integrated the businesses and built succession organization.- EVP and CFO of Strategic Materials, Inc. Recruited into the firm by Willis Stein & Partners in 2012 to bring financial stability, P&L growth, and position the business for sale. In 2017, within the targeted five-year window, the business successfully sold to its current owner, Littlejohn & Co., at a 9.2x multiple of EBITDA. - EVP and CFO of PSC, LLC. Recruited into the firm in 2002 by Carl Icahn, a majority equity and debt holder, and the BOD to restructure the company to position for growth and value appreciation. The company’s metal services business was spun off into a public offering, its Canadian business was sold to Newalta Income Fund and the remaining Industrial and Environmental Services Divisions were packaged in a sale to Lindsay Goldberg LLC in 2010.
