Hettich is a global company that manufactures intelligent technology for furniture.• Manage the entire closure of the warehouse including the termination of warehouse employees, the transport of $10 Million worth of inventory, dissembling all infrastructure, sourcing purchasers for all technical equipment valued at $75,000.• Successfully reorganized a dysfunctional warehouse, working closely with finance which resulted decreased overtime by 95%, decreased downtime during inventory check for the annual audit. • Decreased missing product count from 4.5% to 0.6% in 2 years. Developed and implemented strategies to improve warehouse structure and productivity by reorganizing the warehouse and relocating stock into proper location.• Oversaw the warehouse portion of the SAP software implementation from Master Work. Collaborated closely with SAP consultant and quickly became the primary SAP contact for Hettich Canada-wide.
