I am the founder and principal of The Advocates Property Advisory with more than 30 years property experience. With over 24 years acting as a Buyers Advocate with a small but productive team we have collectively helped thousands of buyers secure their ideal property. I am experienced in auctions, investments, the tender process, expression of interest campaigns, vendor advocacy and purchasing off-the-plan. I have a sound and professional understanding of the real estate market, as well as property buyers and their needs. These capabilities underpin my reputation as a most accomplished buyer’s advocate.As an owner of both residential and rural properties, with first-hand experience of the problems that confront purchasers of real estate, I was aware that many buyers require advice and assistance beyond what is offered from selling agents. I created a service with a fresh approach to meeting the needs of those buyers, one that was unique within the industry. Now, eighty-five percent of our clients are repeat or referred.
