This role was very demanding and had to run smoothly. I was in charge of meeting the needs of the training staff making sure equipment in stores was ready available and serviced. I on time had to negotiate with other departments to get extra kit and equipment. I also controlled the students accommodation ensuring this was up to standard. any faults and damages were then forwarded to the relevant departments.

I was posted to this position in 2012 as I was eager to learn about transport and how the military run accounts. whilst I was at this position I had the opportunity to run the Mechanical Transport Platoon Due to unforeseen circumstances. whilst in this post I controlled all aspects of a transport operator/manager. ensuring I hit targets and kept the battalion needs moving. I had to adapt to areas I had not previously been taught managing new and old contracts as well as circulating the fleet to be upgraded. I maintained the driver training ensuring the drivers were current and up to date in all vehicles from teaching quad to 9 ton Man Sv trucks. gaining praise from my peers.

A broad spectrum of roles after joining the military from operating oversees in hostile environments to being on peace keeping missions and helping to rebuild society's weather it be water wells to schools. achieving qualifications throughout my career and developing them further. gaining rank and promotion then being in charge of small teams in these environments
