I installed all the software, mapped network drives, made sure personal settings were correct and installed all external hardware they had on their old machines. I patched and un-patched computers in network closets.

I troubleshot hundreds of customer's home computers in a professional, quick, and efficient manner. I also installed multiple pieces of software and hardware on many computers mostly using Microsoft Visa and Windows XP.
