- Troubleshoot and repair Apple hardware, software, and services, while exceeding strict deadlines- Perform multiple live chat support sessions while providing relevant troubleshooting articles and guidance at all levels- Support as a Technical Advisor, train new hires, provide mentorship, deliver feedback, identify learning opportunities, and create strategic development plans- Manage internal assets, order supplies and ensure appropriate inventory levels to prevent unnecessary downtime or delays- Support as an administrator, resolve discrepancies, contact and update customers, assign repairs, organize service parts and internal database- Translate complicated technology terms and concepts in a simple and relatable way
