Management of Client Financial Services Team - Month end and year end financial reporting, accrual accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for national client portfolios. Financial reporting completed includes Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P & L and Cash Flow.- Management of the accounting relationship nationally between client, Property Management and Trust Accounts to ensure all reporting commitments are met. - Clients represented include ING, Deutsche Asset Management, Lachlan REIT Limited, Westpac, Macquarie Goodman & REST.

Financial reporting for the National ING Industrial and Office Property Portfolios (approx 80 properties), including;- Year End Outgoings reconciliations- Monthly preparation of 1 NSW and 7 Interstate bank reconciliations- Budget and GST audits- Quarterly forecasting- Expenditure accruals and prepayments- Ad hoc reporting- National Financial Client Relationship Manager- Building and maintaining relationships between all CBRE and ING employees involved with portfolios- Ensuring integrity of all financial information provided to ING- Monitoring performance of 1 Portfolio Property Accountant, 2 Trust Accountants and CBRE/ING accounting function as a whole.- Administration of the ING Website- Direct accounting point of contact for ING- Liaise with CBRE staff & interstate offices.- Facilitating Outgoings Audits as required

Management of inventory stock piles to ensure relevant stockholdings in Australian warehouses- Management of damaged stock and obsolescence.- Management of insurance and insurance claims for inventory.- Responsible for management and coordination of stock takes and reconciliation of inventory levels at month end to general ledger.- Profit and Loss account reconciliations, including accounts payable and COGS.- Ad hoc management reports and projects- Management of recall procedures and quality control, including compliance with National Packaging Covenant and packaging and labelling requirements- Processing of customer orders and co-ordination of deliveries- Approval of invoices for transportation, warehouse storage and handling and packaging materials

Speedibake Division- Maintenance of product costing system - Preparation of general journals, bank reconciliations and inter-branch/inter-company debtor and creditor account reconciliations - Assist with preparation of the weekly Profit and Loss forecasts and reports including sales forecast accuracy- Assist with the preparation of the monthly Profit and Loss- Assisting Commercial Manager in ensuring SAP Logistics meet the requirements of Finance Dept.- Assist with preparation of customer profitability analysis and other ad hoc reports/projects- Facilitate the completion of national monthly stocktake- Provide advice and support to all Speedibake employees on any SAP related issues

Speedibake Division- Maintaining the integrity of Speedibake Logistics system (SAP), including management and coordination of national monthly stocktake, stock movements and placement, and liaison with interstate warehouses - Maintenance and preparation of forecasting model and other ad hoc reports- SAP systems support - including resolving technical issues relating to systems interface and providing any on the job training in SD/MM modules - Maintenance of material and customer master data including Speedibake pricing structure- Directly accountable to management for up to 12 employees
