 Analyze, test, and provide solutions for customer request and issues related to hardware and software used with PIPSA Solutions. (FacePro, Vehicle Search, Transit and future solutions) Serve as final escalation point to support, field service, and third parties for resolving customer issues and requests when escalated to insure timely resolution. Assist in pre-sales meetings with on-site technical assistance across verticals as required. Provide training on new Security Solutions to bring up the technical knowledge level of all Sales Engineers via monthly trainings. Support sales with solution design in meeting customer requirements and resolving issues through fact-based analysis. Perform compatibility tests of engineering samples at stages of development to meet PIPSA customer standards.  Inspection of engineering samples and mass production to assure products meet PIPSA standards. Provide Integration training of new products and options. Provide QA training for new products and options. Support team members to complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner. Support PIPSA Engineering team cross product and PIPSA cross product line Engineering team support. Problem-Solving/Know How: (complexity of problems and education/experience & other knowledge required) Exercise professional technical judgment in evaluating new products, computer hardware and software. Experience in supporting computer hardware, software, OS (Windows) to quickly troubleshoot issues. Provide detailed technical information internally PIPSA technical field team and PIPSA Sales Engineering team. Externally to 3rd party and component manufacturers. Being able to explain same information in non-technical terms. Excellence in both written and oral communication skills. Experience presenting technical material.
