Oversight of Technical & Education Services, Technical Operations, and Compliance Services. Responsibility to ensure that incoming tissues meet processing requirements in terms of quantity, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Oversight of donor eligibility review and release process, donor records management, and procurement-related technical data. Oversight of development of procurement-related education programs and management of instructional design process. Oversight of compliance services group responsible for monitoring legislation and regulation, performance of Recovery Partner audits, and developing services to assist MTF and clients with compliance with cGTPs. Oversight of provision of procurement supplies and equipment to contract recovery partners. Division representative for MTF’s Project Review Board, Joint Business Team and participant in corporate strategic planning. Interface with other MTF departments to develop and improve processes to enhance the procurement of tissues for MTF.

Development and implementation of technical education/orientation courses for MTF employees and contract recovery agency personnel. Documentation of training activities. Development of education materials, new recovery procedures and equipment. Assist in the quality improvement of recovery programs. Perform biennial audits of recovery program systems and policies. Co-write and maintain recovery section of MTF Technical Manual. Participated in on-call rotation of national donor screening. Provide OSHA training, as needed. Assisted in development of donor database and recovery statistics trending process and custom writing of standardized reports. Assist in design and writing of MTF website.
