• Reviewing Autonomous maintenance activities which done by the operators to ensure that linked to maintenance standard.
• Leading a operational risk reduction team to reduce risk level from 120 to 30 on the Boilers area.
• Co-leading of operational risk reduction team to reduce the risk level from 70 to 30 on the unpacker and packer machines.
• Follow up for the good practice and zero losses implementation on packaging area which come from the operators Suggestions.
• Working with continuous improvement according to the KPI’s.
