Current• Hold full oversight of the planning and financial aspects of the $475M Men’s and $25M Boys’ business; introduce comprehensive merchandising plans that drive exceptional results.• Partner with VP and Director of Merchandise Planning to align merchandising plans and forecasts with company financial plans and forecasts.• Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Planning teams to create customized seasonal plans that support company financial goals and capitalize on merchandise trends and opportunities.• Spearhead production of top-down seasonal plans and multi-channel inventory forecasts for 45% of the total company.• Leverage data analysis and financial acumen to build multi-level sales, margin, and inventory forecasts; maximize company profitability by updating forecasts and strategies at monthly open-to-buy overview.
