Receive incoming product and make appropriate inventory adjustments when needed to ensure accurate counts and limit variances. • Handle various cooler operations, serves as the SME (subject matter expert) for all warehouse cooler operations. Relieves areas under heavy work volume to ensure efficient completion of daily quotas. • Support and cross-train to ensure staff to produce versatile employees can further attain department goals and motivate for internal career growth to aid in company goals/visions being attained.

• Supervised a newly formed disability IME (Independent Medical Exam) team that included 2 team leads, 4 quality assurance specialists, and 6 customer service representatives. • Oversaw daily operations that coordinates with clients, licensed independent physicians, and claimants in scheduling medical examinations for Disability claims, FMLA claims, and Workers Compensation claims.• Negotiated with physicians on their rates for performing IMEs and to build mutually beneficial business relationships.• Worked with various clients to improve business relations and proactively identify additional service needs. Completed monthly Outcome Reports of department metrics with various clients.• Trained staff and new hires in both the scheduling of medical examinations and QA (Quality Assurance) of received physician reports.• Served as member of the COVID-19 Catastrophe Team by to ensure day-to-day operations were not interrupted.
