I am the Asset Manager for approx. 6 million sf of industrial commercial properties and approx. 60 acres of vacant land located in the Central Valley (Stockton, Tracy and Modesto). I am responsible for all leasing matters, coordinating property management, and coordinating construction activities (shell and TI's). As an Asset Manager I'm also responsible for all financial decisions for each property under my portfolio. We also manage a portfolio of more than 25 million square feet and have built relationships with over 600 tenants.
