Monitoring the performance of B-Mobile radio network by conducting drive test and analyzing various reports generated fromOSS;Co-ordination with the field engineers of Radio Network and Switching Sections for rectifying radio network problems and improving the network performance and quality.Conducting new site surveys for Radio and Transmission network for expansions and new project works.Preparation of Cell Design Data for the new BTS sites. Hardware dimensioning (BTS).Monitoring of 3G network performance by carrying out the drive test and analysis of drive test log.Propose for network expansion based on the traffic report analysis.

• Conducting the following testes:- Single Site Testing- Clustering Drive Testing- KPI (Drive & Stationary) testing- Ticketing- CPEs performance check and testing- Walk test (indoor)• Perform measurements collection and generation of raw data based on drive testing approach and using specialized measurement tool• Perform ad hoc field measurements when reported complaints are suspected to be related to field RF issues• Perform single-site and cluster drive testing and measurements collection for newly added sites• Perform data service testing and measurements at stationary positions when required

• Communicate with ADSL customer/resellers the result of the support cycle.• Assist retained customers technically.• Handle NTRA, VIP’s and CSO’s walking customer technical complaints.• Handling social networks and portal robust feedback technical complaints.• Report any violation in the workflows to the concerned stakeholders

• Handle incoming calls from Customers.• Interface directly with the customers to figure out the confronted problems in order to resolve it.• Handle Financial & Billing problems.• Handle static IPs services for customers.
