As Innovations and Operations Line Leader, I am responsible for serving as the plant's project leader for new production lines. I will serve as Operations Line Leader upon the project's completion. I coordinate with the plant's Safety, Quality, Maintenance & Electrical, Operations, Engineering, and Scheduling teams to strategically plan and execute milestones, from design planning, construction, installation, commissioning, scheduling, to production.As Operations Line Leader, I report to the site's Operations Manager (Business Unit Manager) and manage the processing and packaging departments for Trident brand chewing gum, supplying our committed production volume with top performance in compliance to schedule, waste, productivity, and quality. Using Integrated Lean Six Sigma tools, our team supports daily production and eliminates barriers to improve food & personnel safety and product quality. With 30/60/90 day strategies, we drive short & long-term initiatives to support our operations team to success and ensure growth & development in our plant's future endeavors. I leverage my engineering background to supplement my leadership role in operations.As Senior Process Engineer Lead, I led the plant's Process Engineers and the Focused Improvement Pillar to drive productivity savings with IL6S tools such as 12-step kobetsu kaizens, root cause analysis, working principles, and loss maps to attack losses.As Process Engineer at Mondelez International at Rockford, IL, I supported the chewing gum industry utilizing Integrated Lean Six Sigma practices to transform our manufacturing process to best-in-class as a member of the Focused Improvement (FI), Autonomous Maintenance (AM), and Quality Management (QM) pillars.As Associate Engineer, I supported technology transfer at Catalent Pharma Solutions through project management, procurement, and engineering activities.I worked as a development/quality contractor at Zimmer Biomet in Warsaw, Indiana performing design history file remediation and the reevaluation of supplier product verifications in preparation for FDA audits.
