Having working in consulting engineering environment for over 40years. I have gained a wide variety of skills in a civil & structural environment. Initially trained as a draftsman in 1983, progressing to CAD Technician in 1999 using AutoCAD and now a CAD Manager using AutoCAD & Revit in a 3D (BIM) environment since 2007. Worked on a variety of small to large projects formed in with steel, concrete & timber construction materials. Reinforcement detailing including using Multi RC and CADS RC packages. Today my main duties entail drawing production, delivery and resourcing to meet project delivery. Maintain documentation in relation to company Q.A policy or project specific requirements.Assist other technical staff in production of deliverables.Liaise with project design engineers, management & other design team members.
