Additionally, serves as the USINDOPACOM Desk officer at DASD-SC and oversees the development of fiscal year 333 proposals (Authority to Build Capacity of Foreign Security Forces) for the geographic combatant command and implemented the Security Cooperation Reforms Initiative with the implementation of the Significant Security Cooperation Initiatives (SSCI) and the Initiative Design Document(IDD).
