Primary responsibility for customer reviews within a local building society branch. Talking with customers to find out about their plans and offering options to help them meet their financial goals. Ensuring the highest levels of customer services. Informing customers of a wide range of savings and investment account options including immediate access accounts, notice accounts, ISAs and fixed term accounts. Identifying customers that may require assistance from third party service providers including independent financial advice for pensions, retirement planning, investments and life cover; Estate Planning for Will writing and other legacy services and Prepaid Funeral providers.

Stepping up within the branch I already worked in to run the branch day to day.
