Workforce Analytics Lead
CurrentWork with Excella’s People Services Team to build our Workforce Analytics capabilities using a variety of systems, processes and metrics to ensure timely, accurate and insightful information is available to business leaders. This role is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of BI tools, establishment of data quality standards, and data visualization capabilities for organizational performance management. Supports the firm’s information needs in making human capital decisions, determines what data is useful to the stakeholders, gathering and analyzing that data; and leads the development and maintenance of staffing models, metrics, reports, presentations, and dashboards. Provides metrics and review for all People Services processes, such as employee acquisition, engagement, development, retention, supply/demand analysis, and needs forecasting.
