Manage resourcing of the program staff, facilitate interaction among the team, and review/approve staff travel and labor. Also serve as the Systems Engineering Lead for the PMO, with primary responsibility for requirements tracking and management. As Program Manager for several task orders performed at USSTRATCOM HQ on Offutt AFB, responsible for meeting all contractual obligations to the Prime and for ensuring achievement of all program financial objectives. Also responsible for staffing the task orders and remotely managing the staff.
