We are a locally veteran family-owned training company here in Oregon striving to educate and provide up to date firearms handling and training. We provide Oregon’s DPSST training courses for private security professionals. We also provide multiple weapons handling for civilian carry. We strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere for every skill level of clients. Our focus is to educate clients and teach basic fundamentals we use daily, with or without firearms, such as safety, situational awareness, self defense and mindset. As instructors we try to focus on where clients want to improve on their firearms training and handling. We dedicate our time to clients to provide basic knowledge on course topics and for our more advanced courses we bring in professional trainers and instructors who are considered knowledge experts. We strive to provide an educated staff to teach clients coming to Mantis Strategic Defense.
