Current-Reconcile and post monthly payroll, expenses, and revenue-Prepare and maintain monthly financials which are presented to senior management for a number of long term care facilities and acute care rehab hosptals -Maintain general ledger-Formulate budgets for new fiscal year -Review expenses monthly and research variances-Monitor and report cash flow on a weekly and monthly basis-Reconcile multiple operating accounts monthly-Prepare and submit quarterly and year end payroll taxes-Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts for year end audits by outside firm
