I am writing mechanical procedures, training mechanical fixed and rotating, w2orking with operations and maintence for commisioning of a Nylon 66 unit, polethelene pipe plant, polethelne drip pipe plant. and several blow molding plants. I am helping with staffing and recruiting for the mechanical side.

Supervised fixed equipment repairs and coornated the work log andwhich contractors i had to bring in to keep up with the work load

Supervised the tare out and rebuild of the area that was burned. I would coordinate the man power and material for the job and schedule priority between different companies. Did all this work in 41/2 months with no safety incidents and gave the plant back to operations with a safe start up.

Made sure operations and maintenance worked together and material was here to do the work
