Mike brings 28 years of wealth management experience to his role as Director-Investments. Helping clients pursue their dreams and aspirations is the driving force behind Mike’s practice. His “hands on” approach to understanding each client's unique situation and financial needs allows him to recommend a customized investment strategy to match that client’s specific goals. He regularly reviews each strategy with his clients and adjusts it based on their evolving needs. Mike's objective is to deliver best in class service to his clients and their families in order to prepare them for life's biggest milestones such as buying a home, paying for college tuition, retirement, and transferal of wealth. Mike also focuses on helping clients be prepared for potential unforeseen circumstances by protecting their families, their assets, and their lifestyle.Mike received his bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as Life, Health Disability, Long Term Care Insurance licenses. As a Veteran who served in the U.S. Army including Desert Storm, Mike is passionate about assisting veterans in need. He currently serves as a board member of the Berwyn PAV YMCA, working with families in need and at-risk youth in the Berwyn, Chicago area where he has resided for the past 19 years. Mike is a die-hard sports fan (Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Bears and the White Sox) and enjoys golfing, racquetball, barbecuing and spending time with his long-time partner Missy along with family and friends.
