Trustee and director of the charity responsible for the stewardship of the historic buildings and structures within the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The mission includes seeking alternative uses and assuring sustainable income generation. Chair of the Property Management Committee and Boathouse 4 and Cellblock redevelopment steering groups. Member of the Operations Management and Priddy's Hard Development committees.

Member of the Finance and Resources Board and Estates Committee.

Consultant undertaking a range of project and management support roles. Head of sustainability service development group.

Elected chair of partners for a 2-year period prior to retirement from the partnership.

I led professional teams on numerous consultancy and management assignments notably: the transfer of a publicly owned historic estate to private stewardship; the development of a landmark commercial site in central London; the refurbishment of country houses, listed townhouses and high quality residential apartments; strategic procurement policy advice for central government; the management of maintenance and works programmes for various public departments; technical assurance and value for money studies of complex multi-functional contracts. I also founded a FM company and was transitional MD for the externalised professional services department of a London local authority.
