For 18 months supported the replacement of the Sitescape employee profile database with the Global Deployment Talent System (GTDS) employee profile database. Provided assistance and was responsible for gathering requirements/workflow analysis between existing systems and proposed process under GDTS. Requested constant updates and asked process questions about GTDS workflow that would impact tool's performance/operational data integrity. Also performed user acceptance testing (UAT) of GTDS, found 25 different problems (long term & short term) during UAT. And reported 4 different hard crash failures within GTDS. Key Results:Supported TSA surge support requests. Also, supported resume staffing requests for FDIC, NGEN & PM Mission Command. In 2012 participated in the testing of NPS wide employee skills management tool named: Successfactors. During testing and discovery of the Successfactors tool found significant operational flaws and tool was abandoned due to not meeting business operation requirements.Global Recognition Award - 2014.

Identified and hired key personnel request the following week.In 2007 found an account error of 1000-2000 Lotus Notes accounts of terminated employees across ITIS going back 2 years which resulted in $300,000 retroactive payments to CSC from IBM.
