Civil Engineer with over 14 years of experience in construction, contract administration, and materials management. I have over 11 years of experience as a Resident Engineer working on various construction projects along with 1 year as the State Concrete Engineer for the State of Arizona. Construction experience involves constructibility reviews, management of construction offices and staff, roadway and highway construction, drainage, environmental compliance, cultural sensitivity, structures, structural rehabs, negotiations to contracts, and schedule reviews.I have experience with various contract delivery methods such as design-bid-build, CMAR, and DB/P3.I worked as the Segment 1 Resident Engineer on the $615M-P3 I-10 Broadway Curve project in the Phoenix area for 3.5 years. I’m currently managing several construction projects for ADOT which includes the double roundabout and SR-79 bonded wearing course paving projects in Florence, AZ as well as the I-10, Ina to Ruthrauff (GAP) project in Tucson.
