As the Talent Acquisition Manager, I led the vital in-house resourcing function, primarily responsible for identifying, sourcing and managing top talent for vacancies across the organisation both current and future, whilst developing and implementing a robust strategy which supports Penguin’s business objectives and needs working closely with the Group HR Director and Executive Board. During my time at Penguin, I led a recruitment/attraction marketing strategy and managed a Social Media Manager and the social strategy for the @penguin channels (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat, Glassdoor). We developed a process which measured engagement, reach and most importantly candidate application conversions.In my role I was able to implement a brand new corporate and careers site to better position Penguin as an employer of choice.
