The toolkit is an indispensable way of delivering projects to meet the requirements of Level 2 BIM, in preparation for the Government mandated use of this on all public sector projects by 2016.Project delivery for Transportation and Infrastructure projects.RIBA Stages 1-5 (GRIP 4-8) on the Ordsall Chord and extensions to Manchester Oxford Road and Piccadilly stations.RIBA Stages 1-2 on the East West Rail 2 project including Bletchley, Winslow and Aylesbury Vale Parkway stations.Project delivery for Heritage & Regeneration buildings.RIBA Stages D & E (Stage 3-4 using the 2013 version of the RIBA Plan of Work) for the regeneration of the Old Town Hall, Oldham. The existing Grade 2 listed civic town hall is being regenerated to house a new seven screen cinema along with seven retail units. A new glass and stone extension provides a new cinema concourse along with a retail frontage off the adjacent new civic square. This project is being drawn in full 3D, using Revit 2014, and is aiming to conform to the to the latest BIM protocols which are currently in development, prior to full adoption for government procurement in 2016.Project delivery for Sports buildings.RIBA Stages C-L for the Grandstand B and C at Lancashire County Cricket Club. The new grandstands have been built flanking the BDP Designed Player's and Media Centre and are designed to provide semi-sheltered seating for match days and during evening concerts. Completed Spring 2014.RIBA stages D-L for the Pavilion Building redevelopment at Lancashire County Cricket Club. This project is about developing the traditional heart of the club and providing 21st Century facilities for their members. The new building will include executive boxes, function spaces and the Member's Long Room. The RIBA North West run an accredited Part 3 course as part of the final professional qualifications before becoming an Architect. External Examiners review the students professional submissions and conduct a face to face interview to check that they meet the minimum ARB and RIBA qualification criteria.

A post university training post starting in 2005 and ending in 2006 when I qualified as a Chartered Architect with Distinction from the RIBA North West training course. Between 2006 to 2008 I worked as a project Architect on Art Gallery, Social Housing and Commercial buildings.Notable projects include Tate North in Liverpool (Design Team Leader); Silver Cafe in Morecambe which won a Manchester Society of Architects award for Best Small Commercial Building (Architect); Cornerhouse International Centre of Film (Design Team Leader) and West End Road Flats refurbishment (Design Team Leader).
