As a company we do pre-employment background screening on applicants for various clients. Our clients range from small companies with only a few employees to major corporations. I am a public records analyst within our public records department. I have exceptional knowledge in all areas that I am mainly responsible for, exceptional knowledge in regards to the FCRA and the FACT Act, great knowledge into all other areas of the public records department.Main Responsibilities Include:-Running and researching criminal record checks out of several jurisdictions.-Responsible for running and researching all civil and tax lien searches that come through our company -Running drivers license abstracts-Having daily professional conversations with court clerks and court researchers in regards to public records-Writing up criminal records found, civil records found, tax liens found against the applicant in question for our clientI am also the department backup to our department Lead which includes other responsibilities:-Supervisory review of all records written up within the department before they are passed onto the client-In depth vendor relations with various researching companies and court researchers nationwide and internationally-In depth customer service requirements in regards to our clients public records questions, comments, and concerns
