1-Prepare complex designs and detailed blueprints for the review board, customer review, and tool makers ensuring full compliance with ISO requirements and tight deadlines.2-AutoCad, Virtual Gibbs, and Solid works software.3-Creation of creative tooling solutions with accurate designs and a bill of materials needed.4-Provide technical support to Sales, engineering, and customer support during the entire process of the design, build and assembly process.5-Conduct small-group sessions to insure overall quality, production, and delivery and communicate status of completion to sales and production control.6-Order all materials needed for the tooling build process and construct reports for communication to the review board.

1-Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations as site owner :2-Facility rental/maintenance.3-Tooling order scheduling for busy office averaging 50 orders weekly.4-Finances: accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, insurance billing, budgeting.5-Supervision of a total of six tool and die makers, one receptionist, and one janitor.6-Daily activities include: Programming support for three vertical CNC machines and one Wire EDM machine. Design and create CAD drawings for complex metal stamping dies, automated equipment, and fixtures.
